Description/History of Business

 

Frosting & Sprinkles started out as a hobby and grew into a business I love. I create various types of custom treats, such as cakes, cupcakes and chocolate dipped treats. As of right now Frosting & Sprinkles is operating as a Home-Based Vendor and is located in Portage, Indiana.

The business was formed on February 19, 2015 and is owned by Kristina Rojano.

 

Service

 

We will provide excellent customer service throughout the whole process before, during, and after delivery. In regards to before ordering we offer various ways to get in contact with us and multiple ways of payments options. During the ordering phase, we offer a cake contract for any size orders that helps outline and let the customer understand the process so that there is no confusion.  In everyday operations, we offer detail descriptions of the offering.
